# Standard Pricing Floor

Commercial loans are priced at not less than SOFR plus 2.75 percent, and in no case below 6.50 percent per annum, fixed or variable. The floor applies to the initial rate and to any repricing during the term.

## Use when

Apply to every commercial real estate, equipment, and working capital facility. Pricing above the floor is set by the loan officer within the Bank's risk-based pricing grid.

## Escalate when

Pricing Committee approval is required for any rate below the floor, any fixed rate longer than ten years, or any waiver of the floor on repricing.
