# Approved Relationship Pricing Exception

The rate may be reduced to not less than 6.00 percent per annum where the borrower maintains operating deposits of five hundred thousand dollars or more with the Bank, measured as the average daily balance over the three months preceding approval and tested annually thereafter. If deposits fall below the threshold for two consecutive quarters, the rate reverts to the standard floor.

## Use when

The borrower's operating accounts are already at the Bank and the deposit history is documented in the loan file.

## Approval note

Pricing Committee must confirm the deposit balance from the Bank's own records, not from borrower statements, before the exception is applied.
